Here is the logic here, be calm and think through it,

You don't need to put forth a disclaimer
but then, if I put forth a disclaimer FOR YOU,
don't try to shout over it. It is your
right to promote, it is my right to "demote"
But, here is something you can NOT do
Instead of a disclaimer, you escalate,
advertise, and promote your book using
outrageous claims, for a blatant purpose
of commercial gains AND
when those claims are questioned,
and only then attempt to downplay the
aforementioned action by saying
"all I am doing is to tell a story, the rest
is media's fault"
THAT, is not acceptable.
Don't catch a phase and make a big deal like
you can't read more than 3 lines.
